Privacy Policy

Legacy is a personal health app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and — importantly — what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address and mobile phone number, used to sign you in.
• The health information you choose to enter: blood-panel results, foods and nutrition, supplements, and any wearable (Whoop) recovery, sleep, and training data you connect.

How we use it

• To provide the app — store your data, compute your Health Score, and show your trends over time.
• Your phone number is used only to send you one-time sign-in codes. Your email is used only to send sign-in links.

What we never do

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing. Your mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to receive texts — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only providers that ever touch your data are the services we use to run the app (secure hosting and text-message delivery), and they process it solely to provide the service to you.

Your control

You can request a copy or deletion of your data, or delete your account, at any time by emailing brettheyes@me.com.
